I was very pleasantly surprised with how well this worked. It is compact and portable, yet easy to use and powerful. It comes with a handy carrying case and 2 batteries so you can always have one charged and ready to go. The battery life is impressive too. A must have for any handyman’s garage!

This is the best impact wrench ever! We used it on our daughter’s car due to a flat tire and it works perfectly. The battery lasts for a while and it’s made with quality materials. I like how it comes with a carrying case and it was easy to operate.

Impact wrench arrived yesterday and functioned beautifully on one nut that I’ve been unable to get off with old electric impact wrench. The old one has and continues to work well for most part but on that one stubborn nut, on tractor pull behind mower blade, it refused to come off. Took Vtech out of box, inserted battery without charging it, set it on lowest power rating and gave it one burst with no immediate luck, set it second rating, and the nut immediately came off! After that used the tool to tighten other 3/4″ nuts on mower, using lowest rating. I read some viewers were not satisfied with the way batteries fit onto the charger or the tool. I checked them before using and they fit exactly as they should. Someone also commented how hard it was to get sockets on the tool. At first I did too and then noticed it had a small O-ring on outer end which caused this. I squirted some silicon on which solved the problem. Have never seen this method before and if one used the tool at lot, i expect it would become tedious as the silicon is not likely to last long. Dielectric grease would prob last longer but didn’t think of it at the time. One other slight con is the manual not stating whether the charger cuts off automatically after full charge. I use this tool out in a tool shed and am likely to forget it. I have a lot of Greenworks tools and they make charger both ways. Had to ask to find out which ones were automatic; will also ask Vtek as well.
None of this was annoying enough to not warrant 5 stars.
Edited 10/16/24: Vtek said battery could be left in charger but recommended that for safety purposes it not be. Sorta leaves you in the air about it. However, I’ve since used it to remove and install lug nuts on two wheels and it worked perfectly using the second rating to remove. Another nice feature is that as soon as the lug nut breaks free it stops before wrenching it all the way off. Then, a touch and the nut comes off in your hand or in the socket.

The torque is powerful enough to handle stubborn lug nuts with ease changing car tires has never been quicker or easier for me. The brushless motor runs smoothly and efficiently, and the cordless design gives me full freedom to work without being tied down to a cord
